Join Jessie Leigh – NHS Work and Health Programme of Care Lead as she introduces the WorkWell programme to local employers, showcasing its impact,  creating a space for discussion and insight-sharing around workplace health. WorkWell offers free, early–intervention coaching so that people whose health affects their job can remain in or return to meaningful work. It sits within a broader ecosystem of work, health and skills support that will be articulated in the forthcoming Get Cornwall Working Plan.
