Cornwall Chamber of Commerce and Sara Tremayne Taylor have teamed up with ST MICHAEL’S RESORT to create The GYLLY Dippers – a monthly net-swimming and breakfast club for those who want to start the day FRESH. Join. We’ll meet at ST MICHAEL’S RESORT at 08:30 am and then walk down to the beach for a swim. Afterwards, we will head back to ST MICHAEL’S RESORT for a yummy warm breakfast bap with tea, coffee and water for refreshments.

Cold water swimming provides a refreshing plunge with numerous benefits, including improved circulation, mood enhancement, boosted immunity, pain relief, and social connection.

This event costs just £15pp, so please pay when you register for this event.

Bring a towel & potentially swim shoes / flipflops for the walk from St. Michael’s to the beach.
There will NOT be a trained lifeguard available (unfortunately).
