SUEZ offers FREE 30-minute check to help businesses avoid waste fines

Many businesses across England are still unsure whether their waste setup meets the new Simpler Recycling requirements now in force.

If bins are not set up correctly, businesses could receive a compliance notice, which may lead to a fine. To help firms check where they stand, SUEZ is offering a free 30-minute waste compliance check.

The check will confirm whether their current waste services meet the latest recycling requirements, show where collections could be simplified and identify ways to improve recycling performance, while potentially reducing waste bills.

“At SUEZ, we understand that managing waste and recycling can be both time-consuming and costly for businesses. That’s why we work closely with organisations to make compliance simpler, improve recycling performance and identify practical ways to reduce waste-related costs. Our free Compliance Check gives businesses straightforward, tailored advice to help them review current arrangements, spot opportunities for improvement and feel confident they are meeting Simpler Recycling requirements,” says John Wilkinson, Chief Operating Officer UK.

For Chamber members, it is a quick, practical way to reduce risk, cut through confusion and make sure waste services are working as they should.

Book your 30-minute Compliance Check here. This offer is available until 31 August 2026.
