• What advice would you give to other young people aspiring to make a significant impact in their field or start their own business?

Just get started. You’ll never have all the answers and that’s alright. You learn by doing. Be open, stay curious and surround yourself with people who bring good energy. The rest you figure out as you go.

• What is your proudest achievement over the past 6 months?

I love seeing our work connect with people. When a film makes someone stop and feel something, that’s the best part. We’ve worked on some powerful stories recently, and I’m really proud of what we’ve created as a team.

• What are your aspirations for the future?

To keep pushing what we do. Telling bigger stories, working with brilliant people and growing Oatey in a way that still feels true to who we are. More creativity, more collaboration and more great stories.

• What/who motivates you?

Good people doing good work. The kind of people who genuinely care about what they do. I’m always drawn to real stories and honest moments that show what makes people tick. That’s what keeps me inspired.

• What does being recognised as a 2025 30 u 30 winner mean to you?

It’s a lovely moment and a bit surreal if I’m honest. I’m really proud, but more than anything, it makes me want to keep learning, keep creating and keep building on what we’ve started.
