•  What advice would you give to other young people aspiring to make a significant impact in their field or start their own business?

Start now! Real progress comes from putting yourself in situations where you must adapt and problem-solve. Don’t be discouraged by small steps – progress is still progress, and over time those small steps add up to something meaningful.

• What is your proudest achievement over the past 6 months?

Seeing others succeed through the guidance I’ve been able to provide has been an incredibly rewarding. It’s a powerful reminder of how valuable knowledge-sharing is within a growing team.

• What are your aspirations for the future?

In the short term, I want to keep learning. I’ve just completed a technical team leadership course which supports my goal of becoming a stronger technical leader.

• What/who motivates you?

I draw motivation from the people around me – colleagues who share a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Their drive pushes me to keep learning and raise the standards of my own work. I’m also motivated by seeing tangible results from what I create; finishing something is always a strong motivator to start the next challenge.

• What does being recognised as a 2025 30 u 30 winner mean to you?

It’s an incredible privilege to be recognised amongst so many hard-working and talented individuals, and a reminder of how far I’ve come since starting as an apprentice. It reinforces my belief in the value of learning-by-doing.
