• What advice would you give to other young people aspiring to make a significant impact in their field or start their own business?

TAKE THE CHANCE! It’s better to try and fail than wonder ‘what if?’. Especially while being young, it is the perfect time to take risks, fail, learn, grow and build resilience. Every experience – whether successful or not – helps to shape you as a person.

• What is your proudest achievement over the past 6 months?

I have recently been promoted at work, which is something I have been working towards for the past couple of years. I am very proud of this achievement and grateful that my efforts and commitment have been recognised.

• What are your aspirations for the future?

I want to keep growing and developing my skills, not just in my role, but also in leadership and communication. My long-term goal is to become an Audit Partner, and I am committed to continuously learning and pushing myself to reach that milestone.

• What/who motivates you?

As cliché as it may sound, my husband is my biggest motivation. He is always in my corner providing support and encouragement, especially on the more challenging days. I don’t say it enough, but I appreciate it more than he knows.

• What does being recognised as a 2025 30 u 30 winner mean to you?

It has been an incredible honour – it has given me a real sense of pride to be recognised as a contributor to business in Cornwall – it has motivated me to continue working hard, giving back and finding more opportunities to positively impact the local community.
